★ The Platinum rate is available for those who need to get into shape as quickly as possible, e.g. for wedding, a photo shoot or a movie. A Non-Disclosure agreement can be drawn up for those who need it.
★ I am available to new clients for a free 30 mins consultation if they wish to first meet and find out if Personal Training is for them.

• You will get support 3 days a week for 4 weeks.
• Help with a nutrition plan.
• 3 x 1 hr sessions of training per week.

• An assessment with body fat & weight measurement etc...
-What to expect -
• 1st session will include :
-An assessment inc; weight, body fat %, as well as a postural, flexibility, movement and fitness tests.
-Goal setting
-Nutritional advice
-Discussing exercise preference
-and finally start day 1 of your training
• 2nd - 11th sessions will include :
-Functional training
-Core stability
-Flexibility
-Toning and weight Loss or Strength Training and Weight Gain
-Cardio training
*Depending on what your ability and goals are.
• 12th session will include :
-Assessment taken & 1st assessment reviewed
If you book now for the Gold Package you will receive a complimentary full body massage to ease the aches and pains from all your hard training.

-PLATINUM PACKAGE -

• You will get support 6 days a week for 4 weeks.
• Help with a nutrition plan.
• 3 x 1 hr sessions of weight training per week.
• 3 x 30 minute cardio sessions per week.
• 3 x 30 minute consultations per week.
• A personalised program to keep on training.
• An assessment with body fat & weight measurement etc...
